Question: I would like to indicate a different time block. Is that possible?

Yes, by combining adjacent colors. E.g. orange and yellow together represent a time block of 35 minutes.

Question: Do you also have color clocks with a different time division?

Yes, the Color Clock can make Color Clocks with a different layout upon request, entirely according to your choice. Please note: the minimum number of these 'custom' color clock series is on request. Are you interested? Please contact us.

Regarding ordering/paying:

Question: What payment options do you have?

De Kleurenklok offers 3 payment methods:

  1. Payment online: via iDeal or Bancontact (free)

  2. Transfer to our bank account number (this is stated on the invoice). As soon as payment has been received by us, the Color Clock(s) will be shipped within a few days.

  3. Your order can be picked up from us in Drunen. You will then pay no shipping costs and can pay in cash upon receipt (Note: no PIN, credit cards, etc.).

Question: Do I pay shipping costs for each Color Clock?

The shipping costs are calculated per shipment according to the PostNL standard. A package up to 5 kg that does not fit through an orange PostNL letterbox opening is included in the shipping costs of a package. Because 1 Color Clock Model B2 does not fit through the letterbox opening, you pay the same shipping costs as, for example, a shipment of 5 Color Clocks model B2 and 2 Color Clocks model A3.

Question: I would like to receive the clock(s) before a certain date. Is that possible?

As soon as payment has been received by us, the Color Clock(s) will be shipped within a few days. Payments via iDeal & internet banking are the fastest. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Question: In what ways can I order?

There are 2 ways to order:

  • You place your order by email

Question: Will I receive an invoice by post?

De Kleurenklok will send your order confirmation by e-mail. You will receive this confirmation within a few minutes of your order. This contains a link to download the invoice in PDF format.

Question: Why is VAT also charged on shipping costs?

VAT is also calculated on the shipping costs, as this is prescribed by Dutch tax law .
